Tom was dispatched quickly to address a warranty issue. He climbed into our attic in 107 weather without complaint. While up there, he took pictures of our circa 1911 wiring suggesting possible issues and recommending we hire an electrician to have them checked out. He appeared very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
