Zone system and duct design is not proper for what they are trying to accomplish with the three zones. The bypass damper is hooked directly to the return and not bypassing any for the zone dampers. In addition, the duct hooked up to the dampers are the incorrect size and cut open at the connections. Recommend removing existing ducting and installing a full replacement system.
