Upon arrival at a home in Chandler, Az cycled Lennox unit into heating mode. Replaced intake filter and took temp readings from supply and return, At furnace cleaned and tightened electrical. Took volts and AMP draws from components. Checked start and run capacitors. Checked gas supply line and flue piping. Tested and checked all safety switches and pressure switched. Upon departure unit working properly and within specs.

Cleared out drain line and then cleaned out drain pan/filter; all is now draining proper. I could not see any cracks in the main pan as everything was very wet. If problem persists, this may be due to crack in main drain pan.

In Chandler, near Ray Ranch Estates performing a diagnostic on a probable clogged condensation line. Blew out condensation line with CO2 and a large amount of water came out of the line. Used a second CO2 cartridge to clear line again. Line is clear of water and debris upon departure.

Found primary drain pan full of water and drained out. Blower motor picking up water and going into supply plenum. Replaced intake filter and turned temperature a few degrees up. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications. Service complete.

In Chandler, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling mode. Checked pressures and noticed couple oz's low on charge. Recharged system and inspected system for leaks. Noticed condenser coil had oil stain but no leak present; also look like dog has been urinating on coil which could cause coil to wear and leak refrigerant. To monitor coil and refrigerant levels. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

Recommend replacing filters monthly. Filters are Merv 11 20X20 filters. Noticed water heat is leaking at fitting. Completed service in accordance with maintenance checklist.

Explained to customer there is only reason to have concern if it is solid red or chirping. Replaced 9v in all smoke alarms. Customer also wanted clock adjusted on thermostat. Service completed.
