Evap cooler repair
Sally - Avondale, AZ
I have an almost-new evap cooler that was installed by Morehart and is under warranty. It started blowing hot air, and I assumed that the water pump had quit (sometimes these basic pumps don't last). I was extremely pleased that Morehart scheduled a repair immediately! Brian arrived quickly and replaced the original pump with a heavier duty model.

In Avondale, AZ: Upon arrival found distribution line broke in half. Spider line assembly will need to be replaced. In addition pump is seized. There is very heavy build up on pads. Customer is undecided if she wants to replace herself or not. Float is operational. Completed service but unit needs repairs listed in estimate to make it functional. Cooler is in very poor condition for being less than a year old. Recommended having some filtration installed on home as well as adding a clean machine to system. Pending approval.
