First called late Wednesday afternoon and Leo showed up within the first half hour of time window and quickly diagnosed a bad part on my 4yr old system, charged me exactly what the service call was quoted over the phone. Next day after researching and determining the part was still under warranty, replaced with new part and did an overall check of my unit. I was charged the exact labor quote I was given the day prior. Leo never tried to sell me a service contract or suggest any unnecessary maintenance.
