Our technicians will always complete the following comprehensive services:

• Check refrigerant and charge via superheat or subcooling methods
• Inspect evaporator and condenser coil for cleanliness
• Acid wash the exterior coil
• Tighten and inspect all electrical connections
• Measure amp draws and voltage levels to manufacturer specifications
• Check electrical disconnect box for overheating
• Inspect condensate drain lines for leaks
• Inspect fan blade for cracks and proper balance
• Replace and/or clean filters, including washable and lifetime filter styles
• Measure temperatures at both the supply and return registers for effectiveness and safety
• Test reversing valve and defrost system (for heat pumps)
• Check relays, contactors, and compressor performance
• Check thermostat for temperature accuracy and programming
