In Carefree, near East Carefree Drive and North Pima Road performing repairs on an Aerocool evap cooler. Upon arrival, drained system. Replaced A61 belt. Set adjustment on motor. Vacuumed wet section. Replaced scale eliminator. Greased bearings. Chipped away calcium build up. Set float. Warrantied out pump. Tested system after repairs. Unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.

In Carefree, AZ: DIAGNOSTIC- Upon arrival, found pump barely wetting pads. Cleaned out basket, distribution lines, and pads. Pump needs to be replaced. Put in new 7500 cfm pump; tightened belt; oiled bearings. Recommend replacing pads and scale eliminator. Service complete.
